This is my WIP for a project I'm doing with a couple friends. Right now we are in the process of creating the main 3d characters. This is my Z-brush rough sculpt, still needs more detail work and I need to come up with a concrete concept for the armor.

This is the head piece I had in my concept but it's looking too similar to The Golden Compass Bear. Def. want to change that...any suggestions?

This is the first thing i made in maya the stub mesh. Tryed to keep it nice and even quads as much as possible. making it Zbrush friendly. Then i imported it into Z and pretty much started sculpting. I shoulda had more polys in the head and feet cause they need more detail but oh well ill have to subdivide the whole thing a bit more.
